1. Contractual Relationship

When placing an order on this storefront or embedded widget, you are entering into a direct, legally binding contract with Curry House Pill ("the Establishment / Merchant"), located at Wellington House, Pump Square, Pill, Bristol BS20 0BG, UK, , for the preparation and supply of food and beverages.

Technology Provider Disclaimer

FoodTakeaway.co.uk acts solely as a technology service provider and software infrastructure vendor. FoodTakeaway.co.uk is not a party to this transaction and is not responsible for food preparation, quality, delivery, or hygiene.

2. Food Quality, Allergens & Alcohol

2.1 Responsibility: Curry House Pill is solely responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of your meal.

2.2 Allergens: Cross-contamination is always a risk in a busy kitchen. If you have a severe allergy, you must contact the restaurant directly by telephone at 01275371712 to confirm your requirements before placing an order.

2.3 Alcohol Sales: If your order includes alcohol, you must be 18 years of age or older. Valid photo ID may be required upon delivery or collection.

3. Fulfilment (Collection & Delivery)

3.1 Estimated Times: Any times provided for collection or delivery are estimates only. Curry House Pill will make every effort to meet these times but cannot guarantee them during peak periods.

3.2 Delivery Area: Delivery is only available within defined service zones. If an address is outside our service zone, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

3.3 No-Show & Non-Collection: If you fail to collect your order or are not available to receive a delivery at the address provided, Curry House Pill is not obliged to provide a refund.

4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Online Payments: Payments processed online are handled securely via Stripe.

4.2 Cancellations: You may only cancel an order while its status is "Pending." Once Curry House Pill has "Confirmed" or started "Preparing" your meal, cancellation is at the sole discretion of the Restaurant and a refund may not be possible.

4.3 Refund Requests: All requests for refunds due to quality issues, missing items, or delivery delays must be directed to Curry House Pill management. The platform provider (FoodTakeaway) cannot authorize refunds on the Restaurant's behalf.

5. Data Privacy

By ordering, you consent to Curry House Pill receiving your contact and address details for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. Your data is handled in accordance with the Platform Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Restaurant's liability for any order is limited to the total price paid for that order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These Storefront Terms are governed by the local laws of the jurisdiction in which Curry House Pill operates ("local law of the land").
